Italian coffee from bean to capsule

Italy and espresso are inseparable, and coffee forms a big part of this range. For bean-to-cup machines, Lavazza Espresso Crema e Aroma beans are a popular choice in offices and cafés, while Segafredo, Bristot, Passalacqua and Caffè Vergnano offer beans for every taste. Do you use capsules? illy Classico capsules and Gimoka pods are ready in seconds, and Lavazza ground coffee in a tin suits the classic moka pot.

Pasta, risotto and olive oil

Good pasta has a rough surface that holds sauce well. Rummo and Barilla offer shapes such as fusilli and penne rigate, including 5 kg packs for restaurants. For a creamy risotto, choose Riso Scotti Arborio rice or Carnaroli, and finish your dishes with extra virgin olive oil from Olitalia, Bertolli or Gaetano Giurlani. Fabbri Amarena, syrups and dolci
