An intense bright garnet colour, it retains its hue when diluted. Its aroma is rich in powerful notes of watermelon flesh with nuances of cucumber and fruity strawberry. It tastes sweet, smooth and well balanced to the palate. Ideal paired with rums, tropical spirits and fruit juices. Combined with an excellent rum, ice, Fabbri 1905 Mixybar Coconut and lime, you get Pepper Colada. An indispensable ingredient for expanding the range of granita flavours on offer.
