Lee Kum Kee: the classic Chinese pantry

Lee Kum Kee is one of the best-known names in Chinese cooking, and its sauces form the heart of this range. Lee Kum Kee hoisin sauce is a thick, sweet and savoury sauce made for glazing spare ribs, seasoning stir-fries or brushing on chicken skewers.
