Return information

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? That is of course annoying, and we are happy to help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
Would you like to return an article? Then always contact us first. This can easily be done by sending an email or by contacting us by phone. Together we will look at the possibilities and find a suitable solution.

Received damaged or wrong product?

Have you received a damaged product or the wrong product? Please contact us. In this case we need to receive a photo of the product, if it is a damaged product we would like to receive a photo of the damage. We will then ensure that you receive a replacement product as soon as possible or that the damaged products are refunded. It is possible that we would like to receive the product back, in which case you will receive a return label from us.

Please note! If you decide to return the order at your own expense, we will not reimburse you.

Order returned, what now?

Once we have received the return package, it will be checked by our warehouse team. The return processing time can take up to 14 working days after receiving the return package. Once the return has been processed, you will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order. You will be notified as soon as your return has been processed.

Cost of PayPal refund for customer's account

If you as a customer decide to cancel an order yourself, the PayPal refund costs are at your own expense.
