Do I need to create an account on 4UStore?

No. We have chosen to make this optional. However, we do recommend it. This makes a subsequent order a lot easier and offers a number of advantages. In your account you have an overview of previous orders and invoices.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes. We ship orders worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated by default in your shopping cart. An overview of the shipping costs can be found here.

The product I want to order is out of stock. What now?

The estimated delivery time is given on the product pages. If you want a more specific date, please contact us and we'll figure it out for you right away.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to add or remove a product after confirming and paying for your order, please contact us. We will look at the possibilities with you.

How does a return work?

Which payment methods can I use?

At 4UStore it is possible to pay via iDEAL, Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer, Bancontact, Pay on account, and Apple Pay.

Can I also buy on account?

For business customers, this is possible to pay on account.

I have chosen 'Bank transfer'. When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. After placing the order, you will receive an email from Mollie with the payment details.
