Van Wijngaarden’s Zaanse - Garlic Mayonnaise - 750ml

Zaanse Garlic mayonnaise with the creamy texture of mayonnaise and the characteristic taste of fresh garlic. This garlic mayonnaise is made with skinned garlic cloves, lemon juice, fine onion, pepper and parsley.

Ingredients: rapeseed oil* (69%), water, free-range EGG yolk (6.7%), 6.5% garlic puree (garlic, water, vinegar, salt), sugar, vinegar, salt, onion, flavors (contains CELERY and SOY protein), food acid (lactic acid), MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seed, salt, vinegar, sugar), lemon juice concentrate, herbs and spices, preservative (potassium sorbate), antioxidant (E385), color (beta-carotene), thickener: xanthan gum.
