Schar Butterkeks Petit Beurre are classic biscuits that go well with coffee or tea, or simply as a snack. Just like all other Schar products, the Schar Biscuits Butterkeks are completely gluten-free and therefore fit very well within a gluten-free or low-fat diet.

Ingredients: Corn starch, corn flour, butter (milk), sugar, modified tapioca starch, eggs, whole milk powder, beet juice, emulsifier; mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, raising agents; ammonium bicarbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, salt, natural flavors, food acid: citric acid.
