Kaki Tiga - Ketjap Medja No 1 - 10 Ltr

Kaki Tiga Medja No.1 is an extra Sweet Indonesian soy sauce, often simply known as 'Ketjap'. It is sweeter, darker and richer than Chinese soy sauce. In addition to soy, the sauce is enriched with sugar syrup, creating a creamy consistency. Ketjap medja can be used as the basis for a dipping sauce for spring rolls, wontons, fried meat, chicken or fish or added to stir fries, noodle dishes or marinades.

Ingredients: syrup, naturally fermented SOY sauce (water, SOY beans, salt, caramel, preservative: E211), food acid: E270.
