Dark orange with deep golden hues, it does not lose its colour when diluted. Its aroma is one of papaya juice and pulp and other ripe tropical fruit. Fresh, thick and balanced on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Excellent with spirits and liqueurs as well as other fresh fruits, juices and milk. Cacha�a and this ingredient are indispensable for an unusual version of the classic Brazilian cocktail, the Papaya Caipirinha.
