Inspired by the flavours, colours and smells of the streets of Old Town Bangkok. This classic Thai Sweet Chilli recipe starts with an authentic Red Chilli Pepper mash, touch of garlic, a little sugar and dash of lime to create our delicious sweet, tangy and spicy sauce.
Perfect for dipping & cooking. Our label features the famous Thai Lotus leaf - a traditional Thai symbol of peace & harmony.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar Syrup, Chilli Mash (15%) (Chillies (73%), Water, Salt, Acid: Acetic Acid), Sugar, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Garlic, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Spirit Vinegar, Colour: Paprika Extract, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Acid: Citric Acid.
