BioToday coconut oil comes from fresh organic coconuts from Sri Lanka. The coconuts are peeled, cut and dried, and after careful mechanical pressing the oil is filtered. The oil is deodorised by sending hot steam trough the product under low pressure. Coconut oil is naturally saturated and free of trans fatty acids. It is solid below 18�C and liquid above 24�C. Coconut oil is suitable for different cooking methods like baking and frying. You can also use coconut oil on your skin or hair.
